What we keep and why

We keep the details and documents in this form to check that you meet the membership criteria, issue your membership card and certificates, send you congress and course material, and publish the members' list (only if you agree below).

They are stored in the Society's own Google Workspace account and seen only by the ESRS secretariat and board. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

We keep your data only for as long as your membership needs it. You can ask to see, correct or delete it at any time by writing to admin@esrseg.com.

Nothing to pay now

If your application is approved, we will send you the membership fee and how to pay by email or WhatsApp. Your membership starts once payment is confirmed.
